Acquisition of 60 Sloane Avenue
Pilcher Hershman acted on behalf of leading advertising agency Lowe & Partners Ltd and its parent company Interpublic Group of Companies Inc in respect of the acquisition of 60 Sloane Avenue, SW3, comprising 65,500 sq ft, formally occupied by Leo Burnett.

The building was constructed in the early 1990s with a development offering a striking and unusual design blending steel and glass elevations with the retained terracotta façade of the former building, which was originally designed in the early 1900s as a depository for Harrods.

Lowe have appointed architects ORMS to carry out a refurbishment of the building and will relocate from Bowater House early 2005.
