weber shandwick has taken a 10-year lease on 45,000 sq ft at prudential's fox court, gray's Inn Road, wc1.

worldcom surrendered its lease on the space last month. weber shandwick's parent, interpublic, will pay around £40 per sq ft. land securities trillium will occupy the remainder of the 70,000 sq ft building, pilcher hershman and lambert smith hampton acted for Interpublic. farebrother advised worldcom.
